Favourite Photo Friday - 4/10/13

Today's photos are from a little photo session we did with me and Astrid last week.  So, I didn't actually take these photos, Anto did!

We ended up with lots of cute photos and I'll post more later in the week but here are a couple of Astrid listening to (and talking to) the baby.  She loved to put the pinnard on my stomach and see if she could hear the baby and she also used it to talk to the baby. She loves to yell at my tummy 'helllooooo baby, come out please......'  If only the baby would comply!

Ruby, Ruby, Ruby, Ruby..........

When Astrid was born her Great Aunt Sue bought her Ruby as a present. Ruby is an extremely gorgeous teddy who lives on Astrid's toybox!  When Astrid was a newbie, Ruby was definitely much larger than Astrid.

Here she is with Ruby at 6 weeks:

It didn't take long for her to start catching up to Ruby in size a little. Here she is with Ruby at 4.5 months:

By the time she was almost 8 months old Ruby was more her size and easy to drag around her room:

I realised the other day I hadn't taken many photos of Astrid with Ruby in over a year.  So here she is at 2 years and 3 months with Ruby:

As you can see Ruby is still a favourite........

Coming in October...... big sister Astrid

It's now October now and Astrid is ready and waiting to become a big sister this month! She is beside herself with excitement...... let's hope she doesn't have to wait too much longer :)
